Sweat Lodge Bench

This is the legendary sweat lodge. It is an area that is said to have been a ceremony spot for the original Esselen tribe. It definitely has a sacred vibe to it. It sits right upon the edge of the canyon. You can see the skeleton of the sweat lodge. I was blessed with the opportunity to do a sweat lodge on one of my final days at Esalen.
